中国农业补贴制度的变迁与反思

在经济全球化背景下，我国农业补贴制度对保证粮食安全和农民增收以及农业国际竞争力的提升都起着至关重要的作用。反思我国农业补贴制度虽在历史上起过一定的作用，但也存在诸多缺失，为适应我国加入WTO后农业发展的新环境，笔者认为，必须重构我国农业补贴制度并提出了重构的总体思路。

Subsidized System's Change and Reflection of Chinese Agriculture

In the setting of economy globalization, our agriculture subsidy system plays the most important role in protecting food security, increasing income of peasants and improving agriculture international competitiveness. Although our agriculture subsidy system had play a certain role in the history, but it exits many defects. To adapt to new environment of agriculture developing after our country entering WTO, the author thinks we must rebuild our agriculture subsidy system and puts forward a general thought.
