| 摘 要： | 产业竞争力分析是制定区域发展规划的基础，以浙江省临海市为案例，选择经营规模、经营效益、市场能力和资本实力等方面对该区域产业总体竞争力作出客观评价。同时，通过构建简单IMD模型和关键因素模型，分产业进行竞争力剖析，明确不同产业的定位，并提出相应对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The industrial competitive power analysis is the foundation for the establishment of regional development layout. Taking Linhai City of Zhejiang Province as the case, the essay makes an objective evaluation on the overall competitive power of the industries in this region, including management scale, management benefit, market capacity and capital strength. Meanwhile, it analyzes the competitive power of different industries by the construction of the simple IMD Model and the Key Factors Model, to make clear the orientation of the various industries so that the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are advanced. |
