社会分层定性问题研究

社会分层是当今中国社会关注的焦点,也是理论界探讨的热点。社会分层的定性问题不仅关系到社会分层理论研究的方向性,而且关系到建设社会主义和谐社会时对社会分层现象的制度选择。从文化哲学的观点来看,社会分层现象是人类社会发展的一种常态,是人类社会发展中不可避免的现象。社会分层作为由各个个体的生产力发展而形成的社会集合之间的一种整体性社会事实,也必然会体现出自然性与社会性的统一,由此也决定了社会分层与社会分工、社会异化的区别,从而也体现出其终极的目标价值——人的全面发展。

Nowadays,the social delamination is the focus of Chinese to attention,and is also the hotspot of academia to discuss.To determine the nature of social delamination is not only related to the orientation of social delamination researching,but also to the system choice to deal with social delamination in the constructing of socialism harmonious society.From the viewpoint of culture philosophy,the social delamination is a normality and inevitable phenomena of human society.It cannot but embody the unity of the nature and the social quality,because as an integer social reality among all the social aggregations,it is formed by the productivity development of every individual.So it is different from work-dividing and social dissimilation.Its ultimate value is to facilitate the all-sides development of individual.
