摘    要:学习策略是学习主体为实现学习目标而自觉使用的计谋策略,是学习的规则和能力。元认知是学习策略的一个重要的核心部分,又是有效运用学习策略的基础和前提。学习策略受认知策略的制约,二者具有因果关系。学习策略与学习方法的关系是二者都可提高学习效率,不同的是学习策略比学习方法更加系统化,规范化,是更高层次的调节和控制学习活动的过程。

Abstract:Learning strategy is skills and techniques that learners use consciously to realize learning goals and rules and proficiency of learning. Metacognitive is the key part of learning strategy which is the base and premise to use learning strategy effectively. Learning strategy is influenced cognitive strategy, which the two have cause-and-effect relationship. The relationship between learning strategy and learning methods are that both can improve learning, and the difference is that learning strategy is more systematic and standardized, and is higher level to monitor learning activity.
