从溶液中萃取分离Pt、Pd、Ir和Rh的试验研究

摘    要:利用萃取法进行了从铂族金属溶液中分离Pt、Pd、Ir和Rh的试验研究。结果表明,三烷基氧化磷(TAPO)可以从铂族金属溶液中选择性萃取Pt、Pd、Ir,而Rh留在萃余液中。用30%(V%)TAPO有机相萃取含Pt~0.1 g/L、Pd~0.25 g/L、Ir~2.6 g/L和Rh~10 g/L的料液,10级错流萃取(相比1∶1),萃余液中的Pt可降至小于1 mg/L、Pd小于0.5 mg/L、Ir~100 mg/L,Ir萃取率大于96%。萃余液、反萃液精炼后分别产出99.95%Rh和Ir,回收率Rh 95%、Ir 90%。

Abstract:The paper described the experiment research of extracting platinum,palladium,iridium and rhodium from the platinum groups metals solution.The results indicated that using TAPO to selective extracting metals of Pt,Pd,Ir and Rh from the platinum groups metals solution,and metal of Rh should be remained in the solution.To use 30% of the organic TAPO extracting the solutions contained 0.1 g/L of Pt,0.25 g/L of Pd,2.6 g/L of Ir and 10 g/L of Rh,10 of levels diffluence extractions(phase ratio 1∶1).In the remained solution,Pt less than1 mg/L,Pd less than 0.5 mg/L,Ir less than 100 mg/L.Extract ratio of Ir more than 96%,remained solutions could be refined,and got 99.95% metals of Rh and Ir.Recovering ratio of Rh and Ir are 95% and 90%.
