房屋装修垃圾的危害与处置探究

分析讨论了房屋装修垃圾的危害及管理和处理现状,对旧住房和新住房装修垃圾的产量和组分进行了分析,表明旧住房装修垃圾不仅产量大,而且含重金属粉尘等装修污染物质的排放也更多,最后,对装修垃圾的资源化和减量化提出了建议,指出限制新旧房屋的装修频率和提倡一次装修到位是减少装修垃圾的有效方法,同时应积极推广装修垃圾的分类放置和回收利用.

Primary Research of House Decoration Waste Toxicity and Its Treatment

The state-of-art of house decoration waste management and disposal was investigated and analysed,and its toxicity was primarily studied.The production and components of decoration waste from old house and from new house were investigated and compared.The investigation results showed that the production was larger and toxicity was heavier for waste from old houses than that from newly built houses.Finally suggestions were given on decoration waste production control and its recycle.It was proposed that to control decoration frequency and to decorate houses once and for all are good and effective methods to decrease the production of decoration waste and that classification of decoration waste should be advocated for its treatment and recycle.
