脱硫石膏制品体积稳定性试验研究

摘    要:本试验对比了不同组分的石膏试件在升温、降温及干湿循环过程中的体积变形(以伸缩率计),分析了温度、湿度对石膏制品体积稳定性的影响.结果表明,脱硫石膏制品的伸缩率较小,在0.1‰~0.2‰之间,但随环境温度的改变体积变化较大,温度变形系数在1.5×10-5/℃以上.

Abstract:By comparing different components of gypsum specimens under the heating,and the volume deformation of desulphurization gypsum(according to the dilatability of the specimens) at cooling and dry-wet circulation,the temperature and humidity on the influence of gypsum products volume stability was analyzed.The results show that the desulfurization gypsum products have a low dry shrinkage rate,between 0.1‰~0.2‰,but the volume deformation has major influenced by environment Temperature Variance.Also,the coefficient is 1.5×10-5/℃ above.
