| Abstract: | This text is on the basis of fully making investigations in the catering trade of Lianyun Harbour and polluting current situation,it is analysed that the origin cause of formation of pollution, environment of the food and beverage trade are endangered ,and according to the pollution prevention technique at present ,put forward the feasible countermeasure of comprehensive prevention and control of pollution of food and beverage trade. |
