| Abstract: | It is reported that nutritional value and physical function of asparagus, and technological research for extracting biological active substances,for example,rutin,polysaccharide,sarsasapogenin and seed oil.Therefore,analysis and evaluation of nutritional components of the seed from asparagus plant are discussed. |
