大孔树脂NG-13处理对正丁基苯胺生产废水的研究

摘    要:采用新型的大孔吸附树脂NG-13,对对正丁基苯胺生产过程中产生的高浓度含苯胺废水进行吸附处理.结果表明,经树脂吸附处理后,废水中苯胺质量浓度由约8 500 mg/L降低为5mg/L以下,苯胺回收率大于99%,树脂经脱附后可重复使用.该处理工艺投资少、运行稳定、操作简便且已实现工业化.

Abstract:The wastewater with heigh concentration aniline in the production of n-butylaniline has been treated by new macroporous resin adsorbent NG-13.As a result,the aniline concentration in waste water has decreased from 8 500 mg/L to 5 mg/L,and the recovery rate of aniline is more than 99%.In addition,the resin can be recycled after desorption.The technology is advanced with little ivestment,stability circulation and simple manipulation.Moreover,it has been industrialized.
