废塑料配煤炼焦实验及应用研究

摘    要:在配合煤中分别添加经过预处理的4种废塑料,利用小焦炉进行炼焦实验,对所得的焦炭的冷热态强度进行了检测。实验结果表明,利厅本实验的废塑料预处理方法,除处理聚乙烯外,配加另外3种废塑料炼焦后,焦炭的冷热态强度均未明显下降,甚至有所提高。根据焦化企业生产情况,提出了合理的应用技术方案,可在条件成熟时投入使用该技术。
