浅析高职院校学生思想政治教育和就业工作的和谐融合

面对高等职业教育规模的扩大，在金融危机和经济转型的双重影响下，高职院校就业问题更加严峻。高职院校的学生对就业的迷茫与恐惧和对将来就业的恐慌所造成一系列急需解决的学生思想问题，如何把思想政治工作和就业工作有效的结合起来，相互促进和补充，是值得深入探讨与研究的。笔者结合高职院校学生就业工作实际和切身体会，以高职生普遍关心的就业问题作为思想政治教育的切入点，拓展传统的思想政治教育内容，改善传统的思想政治教育模式，提高思想盘浩擞畜的教能一

Research in ideological and political education integrating with employment issue of Senior Vocational Colleges

As the scope of higher education has been extend continuously, and facing influence of financial crisis and economic transition, the problem of employment has been severer than ever before. Confronted with the employment and the future, students from senior vocational school always feel confused and frightened, and this may lead to a series of urgent ideological problems. So the ideological and political education should be integrated with employment issue, and to let the two of them make promotion and be additional to each other, it＇s a subject worth deeper research. Based on the reality of employment and actual feeling of student from senior vocational school, the writer investigate ideological and political education from the view point of employment issue, and hope to make the former ideological and political education to become a deeper, better and more effective one.
