油井管锰盐磷化工艺技术应用与分析

摘    要:油井管经锰盐磷化处理后,在其表面生成的“冰糖块”状膜层如同“海绵体”一样包裹于内外表面及其螺纹。其独特的化学组成和晶体结构能有效地吸收螺纹脂,并能够把吸收的螺纹脂相对持久地保持在其内。当用管接箍将其连接后,能有效提高内外螺纹的链接强度和封闭性能,因而能明显减少粘合现象发生,彻底避免了其它内衬和内镀(涂)层油井管内皮脱落现象的发生,提高管油井使用寿命。CL-3601型锰盐磷化剂,在油井管的磷化过程中,对其工艺技术应用详细论述和工序进行分析,以达到提高油井管磷化膜质量之目的。

Abstract:pipe after manganese salt phosphating treatment, on the surface generated by the /"sugar candy/" film like /"sponge/"wrapped in internal and external surface and its thread. Its unique chemical composition and crystal structure can effectively absorb the thread compound, and is able to absorb the thread compound remain relatively permanent in them. When connect it with the pipe coupling, can effectively improve the internal and external screw thread link strength and sealing performance, and thus can significantly reduce the adhesion phenomenon, completely avoid the other lining and leather (tu) plating layer in oil well tube falls off phenomenon, improve the service life of the tube Wells. CL - 3601 type manganese salt phosphating agent, in the pipe of phosphating process, the process technology and process analysis is discussed in detail, in order to achieve the purpose of improve the quality of oil well pipe phosphating film.
