| 摘 要： | 污水处理厂财务成本较高是造成污水处理企业运行效率低、甚至不运行的主要原因之一。文章借助数据包络分析方法（DEA）在效率评估中的应用，采用CCR模型构造了污水处理企业的运行效率定量评价模型，对焦作、新乡两市的8个污水处理企业的相对效率进行了评价，将评价结果用于污水处理企业的财务成本控制；同时利用求解结果，对非DEA有效的污水处理企业财务成本改进分别制定了调整方案。
