| 摘 要： | 文章从影响虚拟企业组织设计的权变因素的角度,分析了虚拟企业组织结构设计的特点,并从理论上论证了基因组方法在虚拟企业组织优化设计过程中的适用性。结合组织设计流程,将基因组方法在以特许经营为特征的虚拟企业——美特斯.邦威中进行了试应用,以说明基因组方法在虚拟企业组织优化应用中的有效性。 |
