| 摘 要： | 文章以我国省际层面房地产业的数据为样本,用主成分分析模型研究了房地产发展水平,用聚类分析模型进行了分类,并用方差分析检验了分类结果的可靠性。发现我国房地产业的发展水平可分为5类:领先地区、先进地区、赶超地区、后发地区和后进地区,并提出了相应的政策建议。
