| 摘 要： | 在我国城市化、工业化进程中,农民因失地而引起的利益受损问题日益严重.能不能有效保障失地农民的利益、妥善解决失地农民的生产生活问题,是推进社会主义新农村建设和构建社会主义和谐社会必须面对的重大现实问题.文章分析了失地农民利益受损的基本表现及其原因,对如何有效保障失地农民利益进行了粗浅的探讨.

| Abstract: | With China's urbanization and industrialization,encroachment on the rights and interests of the farmers whose lands have been confiscated has becoming more and more serious.However,whether the rights and interests of the land-losing farmers can be properly safeguarded and whether the problems concerning their production activities and life can be well addressed is a major issue facing the Chinese government in the building of a "new socialist rural society" and of a "harmonious socialist society".This paper sets out to present the common situations of the encroachment of the land-losing farmers' rights and interests and after analysing the causes,tentatively proposes ways to safeguard the rights and interests of these farmers. |
