| 摘 要： | 工业创新成为解释经济增长的重要原因,努力实现成功的工业创新已成为大多数企业的共识.但在企业规模发生变化的背景下对于工业创新与规模关系的把握依然存在着误区.通过系统分析工业创新思想传统和新近相关研究成果,结合我国企业发展的实例,文章试图在规模变化背景中动态考察工业创新在微观发生中的基本规律,并据此指出规模问题研究的现实管理意义.

| Abstract: | As the industrial innovation serves as key factor in accelerating the growth of industrial economy, to realize the industrial innovation successfully has become the consensus of most enterprises. However, in the dynamic process of enterprise scale changes, there are still misunderstandings on the relationship between industrial innovation and the enterprise scale. Based on the systematic analysis on the traditional ideas as well as the newly development in the field of industrial innovation research, the article attempt to make an closer examination on the basic laws of industrial innovation in the dynamic enterprise scales which are well demonstrated in the case study of Chinese enterprises, therefore offer the proposal on the management of industrial innovation. |
