摘    要:在人力资源实践感知的研究中,作为人力资源投资重要组成部分的心理资本受到人们的极大关注。效能感是心理资本一个重要维度,其影响着员工的行为。文章探讨了人力资源实践感知与效能感的关系。结果表明,人力资源实践感知对于效能感有着显著的影响,预期收益在人人力资源实践感知与效能感间有着部分的中介和调节作用。

Abstract:Psychological capital, as an important part of the tanee in the study of human resouree management practices. investment in human resources, has been attached great impor- Self-efficacy is an important dimension of psychological capital and affects employees' behavior. The paper explores the relations between the perception of human resource management practice and the effieacy. The resuhs show that the perception of human resource management practices influences effieacy significantly, and the expected returns play partly intermediating and. moderating roles between the perception of human re- source management practices and the efficacy.
