| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Communist Party of China launched people-oriented and establishing scientific concept of development in an all-round,coordinated and sustained way.Besides,regarding building a harmonious society as our parties'objective was launched at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Communist Party of China.So we can say ,building a harmonious society is the ultimate embodiment of insisting on scientific concept of development. |
