| 摘 要： | 高层管理团队（TMT）作为企业的战略制定与执行层，对企业核心竞争力与绩效的提升起着至关重要的作用。文章苦于和谐管理理论，分析了企业战略与发展主题之间的区别与联系；分析了发展主题的辨识与判定，以及以“和则”、“谐则”为两大工具库的和谐机制的设计与构建，给出了企业TMT战略执行过程的新模式。
