| Abstract: | In the social form of the knowledge economy, the IP has became the main index and the focus of the international competitive power. To face the challenge of the knowledge economy, it is urgent to amend and perfect the legislation of IP. To enhance the execution of the law, to strengthen its protection consciousness, to expediate the training of the qualified personnel. |
