| 摘 要： | 文章首先比较分析了三次产业划分法和波拉特四次产业划分法下的中国就业结构状况，之后运用投入产出法对信息产业吸纳就业的能力进行了分析，研究了信息化对中国就业结构的影响。研究结果表明，信息产业吸纳就业的能力相对其他产业正由弱变强。并据此提出了一些通过信息化改善中国就业结构的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly analyzed China s employment structure with division methods of three industries and four industries.Then it investigated the information industry s ability to absorb employment with input and output method,and studied the impact of informatization on China s employment structure.The results show that the information industry s ability to absorb employment is more and more powerful than other industries.Finally the paper made some recommendations on improving China s employment structure. |
