合肥市土地整理可持续发展评价

土地整理是现阶段实现我国耕地总量动态平衡的主要途径,是促进经济迅速发展的重要手段,而其可持续性发展正是化解土地利用、耕地减少和人地矛盾等问题的重要保障。文章从建立土地整理可持续性发展评价指标体系入手,对调查数据进行整理并运用TOPSIS法分析了2000-2012年合肥市土地整理可持续发展性,得出合肥市土地整理可持续发展总体上呈现缓慢上升趋势,但发展性较弱,近年来土地整理可持续发展初见成效,为合肥市新一轮土地整理提供参考。

The Evaluation on Sustainable Development of Land Consolidation in Hefei City

At the present stage, land consolidation is both a main way to achieve dynamic equilibrium of the total arable hind and an important means to promote rapid economic development in China. The sustainable development of land consolidation is the guarantee to resolve land use, reduction of arable land and conflicts between people and land and other issues. Based on the sustainable development evaluation index system of land consolidation, the paper collects and sorts out the survey data and makes an analysis on the sustainable development of land consolidation in Hefei City from the year of 2000 to 2012 by using TOPS1S method. And the results show that the sustainable development of land consolidation in Hefei City is rising slowly and the sustainable development of land consolidation has achieved an initial success in recent years. It will provide a reference for a new round of land consolidation in Hefei City.
