| 摘 要： | 破坏性创新是兴起于国外20世纪90年代后期的一项技术创新与战略管理理论。作为一种新的创新模式,它没有科技上实质性的突破,却能够成为快速实现技术跨越的新途径,目前已经得到了越来越多国家和企业的认同。文章主要是从价值网络视角分析破坏性创新,首先概述破坏性创新及其在实施过程中所遇到的主要问题;接着比较了持续性创新与破坏性创新的价值网络并分析适合破坏性创新成长的新环境;最后通过新价值网络的研究来解决破坏性创新过程中的困难。
