| 摘 要： | 文章针对煤炭企业文化建设的现状,提出煤炭企业在建设企业文化时,要正确区分企业文化建设和思想政治工作的不同,建设一个“以人为本”的企业文化,把企业的社会责任作为新世纪煤炭企业文化建设重要的价值取向,来力促煤炭企业持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | In the process of the establishment of coal enterprise culture,we should distinguish the difference between enterprise culture and ideological and political work.We should establish a human-oriented enterprise culture and put social responsibility as the value orientation of the establishment of enterprise culture in the new century to promote sustainable development of coal enterprises. |
