| 摘 要： | 文章针对合肥市土地市场发展现状及现存的问题进行分析,提出相关对策建议:以规划为龙头,实施为手段,禁止"以租代征",不断完善工业用地的招拍挂的操作办法,在合法的基础上有条不紊地构建健康活跃的土地市场.
