| 摘 要： | 文章在系统梳理1978年以来我国居民消费支出变化特征的基础上,运用实证的方法分析了影响居民消费支出变化的因素,结合我国目前的现实情况,提出了促进居民消费需求的三个建议:一是采用较为"温和"的方式增加城镇居民收入,二是采取"导入"的办法提高农村居民收入,三是采择"综合"的途径提高社会平均消费倾向。

| Abstract: | On the basis of systematically sorting the characteristics of inhabitant consumption expenditure changes in china since 1978,the article empirically analysizes factors affecting inhabitant consumption expenditure changes and integrates present situation,suggesting three ways to enhancing inhabitant consumption: to increase urbanites income by mild methods,to increase peasants income by introduction methods,to increase social average propensity to consume with comprehensive methods. |
