| Abstract: | On the base of system analysis,this article coordinates the logical relations between system innovation,medium and small-sized enterprise's entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial environment.According to the analysis of system factors which have restricted impacts on medium and small-sized enterprise's entrepreneurial behavior,this article puts forward several system innovation countermeasures to optimize the medium and small-sized enterprise's entrepreneurial environment. |
