| 摘 要： | 文章在综述以往土地政策理论研究的基础上,进一步从土地价格机制、土地规划机制、土地税收机制、土地金融机制与土地管理机制五个方面研究了土地政策调控宏观经济的内在机理.最后,文章从土地政策运行成本和"挤出效应"两个方面论述土地政策的局限性.

| Abstract: | On the basis of existent studies of the theory of land policy,the paper researches the inherent mechanism of the macro-economical control on land policy from the price mechanism of land,the planning mechanism of land,the taxation me-chanism of land,the finacial mechanism of land and the management mechanism of land.Finally,the paper discusses the limit of land policy from crowding effect and the cost of enforcing land policy. |
