Abstract:With the globalization of economy & the fast development of computer & communications technology,more and more enterprises are aware of the strategic signicance of using internet electronic commerce to technologically reform the traditional management and sales mode.The rise and development of electronic commerce has led to great changes in the trade activity & marketing management mode of enterprises,however,it can not change the basic marketing concept,marketing relationships & the fundamental marketing contents of enterprises.Moreover,it will not replace marketing personelle to realize automatic management.Only when enterprises strengthen the research & application of the management method of marketing ,and when the electronic commerce bring concente benefit to the enterprises,will this new technology be developed in a healthy way.
