江苏省各行业就业吸收能力的投入产出研究

文章运用投入产出方法,构建基于自产率调整的产出乘数、影响力系数间接衡量行业吸收就业的能力,构建基于就业总产值弹性调整的劳动力投入系数、就业效应指标考察各行业直接吸收就业的能力,并引入后向关联指标和变异性系数指标以完善就业吸收考察体系.在此基础上对江苏省各行业吸收就业的能力进行了测度.结果表明,江苏省应把第二产业尤其是建筑业作为吸收就业的主要渠道,并充分挖掘第三产业吸收就业的潜力,通过加快省域城市化进程加大第二产业对第三产业的拉动作用.

Input-output Analysis on the Ability to Obtain Employment of Different Industrise of Jiangsu Province
