| 摘 要： | 运用灰色关联分析方法，通过计算产业结构与就业结构的灰色绝对关联度，测算我国三次产业就业结构滞后时间。结果表明，灰色关联分析不但可以说明两者之间的滞后关系，还能准确反映滞后时间的长短。我国三次产业就业结构与产业结构之间存在不同程度的滞后性，第一、二、三产业的就业结构滞后时间分别为9、8、3年。

| Abstract: | In order to measure the time-lag of Chinese employment structure,this paper uses grey incidence analysis method to calculate the degree of grey incidence between industrial structure and employment structure.The result indicates that grey incidence analysis can not only state the lag relation between them,but also reflect the time-lag of different industries accurately.The time-lag of the primary,secondary,territory industry is 9,8,3 years respectively. |
