文章根据区域经济增长的理论因素,以省际接壤地区经济发展差异为对象,分析了物质、技术和制度性因素对差异造成的综合影响,通过江苏-安徽省际接壤地区-萧县的实例,解释省际接壤地区经济发展差异扩大的现象.提出缩小和改善省际接壤地区差异现状,必须增加不发达地区的物质技术投入和实施制度创新.
