东南沿海三大经济区域对外服务功能对比研究

文章采用对外服务功能量指标,利用2000、2005和2010三个年份的数据,对比分析三大经济区(长三角、珠三角和海西经济区)的对外服务功能.研究发现,就对外服务功能总量而言,珠三角提升快速,长三角稳定增长,然而海西则持续减弱,这显示各地劳动力专业化程度的高低差距.三地区内部,城市对外服务功能等级结构也呈现不同的特征,这也在一定的程度上导致对外服务功能总量的地区悬殊.在此十年期间,长三角和珠三角地区对外服务功能的重心位移,既反映出海西地区陷落“各地”的原因,又预示其仍将面临南北“挤压”的困局.

Comparative Research on External Service Function of the Three Economic Zones in the Southeast of China

Adopting the indexes of function of external service,using the data of 2000,2005 and 2010,this paper makes a comparison research on the external service function among the three economic zones in the southeast of China,which are Yangtze River Delta Region,Pearl River Delta Region and Haixi Economic Zone.The result reveals that external service function of Pearl River Delta grows most quickly,Yangtz River Delta grows steadily,Haixi Economic Zone has a slight growth,because of its relatively low labor specialization.The finding further indicates the differences mentioned above to some extent are relative to spatial distribution and urban hierarchy structure of external service function for each region.In last 10 years,the external service function gravity is transferred in Yangtz River Delta and Pearl Delta Region,that shows why Haixi Economic Zone develops slowly,and indicates that it still faces the predicament of extrusion both by Yangtz River Delta and Pearl River Delta.
