| 摘 要： | 在城市化进程中,城市投资环境不仅具有投资环境的一般性,而且表现出自身相对独立的特殊性。文章运用"层次分析模型"和"相对最佳标准综合评价模型",将投资环境的一般性与城市投资环境的特殊性结合起来,建立城市投资环境评价的AHP ROSCE模型,并用其指导城市投资环境的评价。

| Abstract: | During the process of urbanization,city investment environment has not only generality, but also particularity. The article establishes the model of AHP-ROSCE to evaluate city investment environment, applies the model of Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Relative Optimum Standard Comprehensive Evaluation,and combines the generality with particularity. |
