| Abstract: | This paper first presents the ever-present stiffness in enterprise in China. Then the paper discusses the influential factors of cost stiffness and points out the reason that cost keeps rising mainly lies in both macro-factors and micro-factors. At the end of the pace author puts forward a decision to the the problem of cost stiffness. |
