| Abstract: | Through examination the science and technology input, scientific and technological output, scientific and technological potentiality, develop in harmony to science & technology, society and economy, and the export-oriented of science and technology, etc., consult industry competitiveness and comprehensive evaluation index system of urban competitiveness, take the scientific and technological competitiveness of five provincial capital in the middle part of China as the research object, utilize the normalization method to carry on comprehensive appraisal to the scientific and technological competitiveness in 1996 and 2003 of every city and relatively studied, offer the reference basis to the development of every urban scientific and technological industry and scientific worker in the end. |
