| Abstract: | The education service for current laborers or future laborers is common needs of the modern society.It has same features as other service industry.Today many kinds of institution provide different education services for different people.The education as an industry plays very special function in the modern economic system.As a special service industry,its operation follow two principles:(1)The social and public interest should be as top priority;(2)It also follow common rules of industry economy such as input and output,reasonable resource placement,effectiveness and competition,etc. |
