| 摘 要： | 规制环境对于战略的影响是客观存在的,然而这种影响机制并没有在相关研究中得到确认.文章在揭示现有理论与实践误区的基础上,开发出基于规制环境变化的战略转型理论框架并提出相应假设.然后运用来自企业的实际数据,验证了规制环境对企业战略转型的影响机制和影响程度,并揭示企业资源在这种影响机制中的缓冲效应.
