| 摘 要： | 文章结合企业创新和企业生态化的内涵,分析了企业生态化对企业创新的需求,运用典型相关分析法定量研究了企业创新与企业生态化之间的关系,研究表明两者之间存在着显著正相关关系(第一典型相关系数高达0.954),得出结论:企业创新是企业生态化发展的持续的、螺旋上升的动力源泉,并提出企业创新下企业生态化发展的对策。
