| 摘 要： | 文章认为，创新活动本身具有集群特质和要求，这是科技集群形成的基础。科技集群是特定领域的科学技术资源相互关联形成的具有科技创新功能，并与相关的各种社会要素反馈互动的以集群为特征的系统。科技集群与产业集群的互动发展模式，有利于促进生物医药创新产业集群的进一步发展。
