我国企业当前管理“绿色化”道路之研究

目前，我国公司管理制度改革发展的主流方向依然是信息化、扁平化、自动化、系统化、国际化等等，很少企业将管理的“绿色化”方向真正纳入企业发展的战略高度上来。每年我国越来越多出口产品因存在环保、高能源耗费、污染、健康等问题导致频频受到欧美国家的贸易制裁，使得国家和企业为之蒙受巨大损失，更有一些企业受此影响而销声匿迹。进入21世纪，我国企业若能在日以竞争激烈的国际国内环境中生存、发展和壮大，实行“绿色”管理是必要条件之一，因此我国企业必须高度重视管理的“绿色化”建设。

At present,our country corporate management reform development mainstream direction still is becoming an information based society,less levels of management,automation,systematization,internationalization and so on,the very few enterprises will manage 'the green' direction to bring into line with the strategy which the enterprise will develop to come up highly truly.Our country more and more many exports product because has problem every year and so on environmental protection,high energy consumption,pollution,health causes to receive the European and American countries repeatedly the trade sanction,causes the country and the enterprise suffers the heavy loss for it,has some enterprises but to go into hiding this influence.Enters for the 21st century,our country enterprise if can by compete in the intense international domestic environment in the date to survive,to develop and expands,the implementation 'the green' the management is one of essential conditions,therefore our country enterprise must take to manage 'the green' highly the construction.
