人力资本模型综述——基于国内学者的研究

文章主要对2000年以后国内学者建立和发展的人力资本模型,对国内学者在人力资本经济学定量研究方面的成果进行了概括.全文共分四部分,第一部分概述了我国早期人力资本研究的情况;第二、三部分分别对宏观和微观人力资本模型进行了综述;第四部分是对我国人力资本经济学研究现状的评述及前景展望.作为一篇综述性的论文,期望它为国内学者将来的人力资本研究提供参考.
