| 摘 要： | 文章在检索核心竞争力基本理论的基础上，分析高新技术企业核心竞争力的构成系统；在分析安徽省高新技术企业发展情况的基础上，通过与江苏、浙江和四川省的比较分析，可以看出安徽省高新技术企业核心竞争力相对较低，结合安徽省省情提出提升安徽省高新技术企业核心竞争力的具体途径。

| Abstract: | This dissertation analyzed the construction system of high-technology enterprises' core competences on the basis of the enterprises' core competences theory.It compared Anhui province with Jiangsu province,Zhejiang province and Sichuan province,and found the difference of high-technology enterprises' core competences between Anhui province and the others.At last,it took the measure on the countermeasure to elevate the high-technology enterprises' core competences in Anhui province. |
