| Abstract: | Modern property rights institution provides the foundation for the development of modern economy. The core of modern
property rights institution is property rights market. It is necessary to have a correct function orientation and effects of property rights mar-
ket in China's economic construction and to promote the formation of national property rights market aiming at the objective of unhin-
dered circulation, global resources distribution and efficiency enhancement. |
