| 摘 要： | 研究区域旅游合作对旅游经济增长的作用，对于指导区域旅游合作实践有着重要的现实意义。然而，现有的研究文献，既缺乏系统深入的理论分析，又忽略了实证检验和旅游经济的特性。根据旅游经济增长的内涵和旅游经济的特性，区域旅游合作可以通过节约旅游生产要素的投入量、提高闲置旅游生产要素的使用率、提高旅游生产要素的生产效率和旅游市场的交易效率，进而推动旅游经济增长。而实证结果也表明，区域旅游合作是促进旅游经济增长的重要因素，但其作用还有待于进一步加强。
