| 摘 要： | 文章指出，陕西城镇居民的收入和人均消费增长速度要高于农村居民。陕西城乡居民人均消费和人均可支配收入增长的速度大致相当，低于储蓄增长的速度，远不及地区生产总值增长速度和个人所得税增长的速度。这个结果说明，在现阶段，陕西城乡居民还没有很好地分享经济发展的成果，居民储蓄的意愿相当高，税负还比较重。

| Abstract: | The research shows that the growth rate of urban residents' annual income and per capita consumption are higher than rural residents's in Shaanxi. The urban and rural residents' per capita consumption's increase rate is in line with the disposable income's, they are all lower than the saving's increase rate, are far lower than the growth rate of regional gross production and individual tax in Shaanxi.
