| 摘 要： | 当前，我国应对国外反倾销应充分重视地方行业协会具有的群体优势和功能优势，应合理区分全国行业协会和地方行业协会在反倾销中的具体功能，建立健全反倾销预警机制，组织和动员协会成员积极应对反倾销诉讼，加强本行业自律建设和培养反倾销人才。

| Abstract: | To respond anti-dumping, China should take group advantage and function advantage of local trade associations, distinguish the different functions between national trade associations and local trade associationins anti-dumping, perfect early warning mechanism of anti-dumping, organize and mobilize the member of association to answer anti-dumping legal action actively, reinforce industrial self regulation and training talents for responding anti-dumping. |
