| 摘 要： | 以绿色金融为手段,如何实现节能减排、转变经济发展方式是一个正在探索的领域。文章探讨了绿色金融的概念、含义和特征,用经济学理论解释了绿色金融的作用机理,论证了绿色金融是金融可持续发展的内在要求,提出了构建我国绿色金融体系的路径。很显然,绿色金融的实质是利用金融业的杠杆作用,保护环境,实现人与自然的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Taking green finance as a means,how to save energy and change the mode of economic growth is an ongoing field of exploration.This paper discusses the concept,meaning and characteristics of green finance,explains the mechanism of green finance with the economic theory,demonstrates that green finance is the inherent requirements of sustainable development finance,and proposes to build a path of green financial system in China.Obviously,the essence of green finance is to protect environment and to achieve harmonious development between man and nature with the leverage use of the financial industry. |
